- A short summary of your journey. A few lines is plenty.
- Where you're based, if you're happy to say.
What happens next
Sending us your story starts a conversation. It isn't published automatically, and it doesn't guarantee an appearance on the series. If the team would like to hear more, they will reply to you directly.
Recommending someone else
Please ask them first and make sure they are happy to be put forward. Tell us who they are and why their story matters to you, but don't send their private contact details at this stage.
Your privacy
Stories like these often touch on belief, health and family. Share only what you are comfortable sharing in a first message. Getting in touch about your story is separate from the email list: it does not sign you up to anything. The privacy notice explains how messages are handled.
